To add an attachment, click the “Browse” button, find & open the file to attach, and click on the “Add” button WebMail 2.0 Compose Page Click on Compose link on left frame or when you click on “reply” button within the “Read Message” page Insert signature, consult the address, save draft, and check spelling. Reply or forward the message Go to the previous or next message WebMail 2.0 Read Message Page Click on any message link in the inbox page to read your messages. See navigation and quantity status (the number of the message being viewed currently, the total number of messages, the folder being viewed currently, etc.) Navigate by selecting next or the number of the page you would like to view. WebMail 2.0 Message Screen View Sender, Date, and Subject Select all or some messages. Notice the quota usage is displayed here. Other features like Information (for news and alerts) and Web Site (for polls) are no longer available. Some features like Organizing (Calendar and Address Book) and Options are now on the menu bar. Navigate to Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Trash and other created folders. WebMail 2.0 Left Navigation Bar This bar contains a list of folders and is available for navigation only. The folder option on the new menu bar is a create folder option and not a folder navigator as in the old version. Address Book and the HCPL home page are now accessible via the menu bar. Compose, Calendar, Search, Options, Help, and Sign Out (Log Out) options still available from the menu bar. The menu bar contains links to functions for managing and using e-mail, addresses, calendar, and folders. WebMail 2.0 Menu Bar The new menu bar is static and will always be at the top of the screen.
